The birth of a child can bring great joy, but also challenges, which can lead to serious mental illness if there is a lack of social support or existing mental health problems. The research project “Healthy Minds” of the Medical University Innsbruck aims to improve support for affected parents in Tyrol by analysing the current care situation, developing interventions and evaluating their effectiveness.
