WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE USE IT?
Newsletter:
We offer you the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. This requires registration by e-mail and your explicit consent to receive the newsletter.
Based on your consent, we process the personal data you voluntarily provide for the purpose of sending you information about the Healthy Minds project. This information includes relevant project updates, invitations to professional events, networking events and, if applicable, surveys during the project.
You have the option to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, for example by email or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of our emails. If you withdraw your consent, the data previously stored about you will be anonymized and subsequently only used for statistical purposes without personal reference. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
In order to provide you with targeted project information, we may collect and process further information voluntarily provided by you (e.g. areas of interest and research) in connection with the sending of newsletters by e-mail.
The personal data collected and processed when you register for our information tools only includes your e-mail address.
HOW LONG WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE STORED?
We do not store your data for longer than we need it for the respective processing purposes. If the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, it will be deleted. Below are the retention periods specified by us:

WILL PERSONAL DATA BE PASSED ON?
To the extent necessary, we transfer your personal data to external service providers (processors) and recipients as follows:
Processors:
• IT service providers, data hosting providers, data processing service providers and similar service providers
• Other service providers, providers of tools and software solutions that support us in the provision of our services, including mail and newsletter service providers, marketing agencies and communication service providers
Our processors only process your personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions to provide the above-mentioned services.
Recipients:
• Third parties involved in the fulfillment of our obligations to you, such as banks for payment processing
• External third parties to the extent necessary on the basis of our legitimate interests, including auditors, tax advisors, insurance companies in the event of an insurance claim, legal representatives if required, courts and administrative authorities and others
We also transfer your personal data to authorities and public bodies, such as tax authorities, to the extent required by law.
